Hi Gents, I'm in the process fitting a sub tank into an EU spec LC80 (diesel). My truck does not have the (6 pin) connector in the sill harness. Are there any other spare cables I can use? Trying to avoid pulling a new cable.
I tried to identify the wires running in the harness, but was unable...
Thanks a bunch, what a great document. Based on your PN I also found another thread to confirm plugs are correct.

Resurrecting an old thread, had the parts for a while now, didnt have time to do the install on my diesel 80s. Im missing the wiring harness with the triangular female plug 82169-60020 to connect the petrol 3 pin level sensor. Was anyone able to source the PN for it and the pins? I can make up...
I'm currently running 37x12.5r17 BFG MT tyres on -25 offset rims, this is a bit too much as the wheels come out of the fenders slightly. I only have 4 rims (without a spare) and I would like to replace them with r16 rims which are easier to get (set of 5)...now there are not so many tires out...
In the end I was able to find used straps. The ones you show seem to be for the 100 series, but you say they fit without any issues? Thats good to know, thanks.
I would like to sand blast and powder coat my rusty seat tracks. I was able to remove the outboard one by yanking it with a controlled pull towards (I didn't loose the bearings :)) )
But the other inboard side does not want to come out at all. Any tips, hints? Electrical seats.

This is what I have been offered atm. I understand that the truck is 26years old, but man these look rusty. With not so many options around, I think I'm going to take them, and see if I can manufacture new ones if necessary and have these as a "sample".
I believe the straps also have hinges, dont they?
Interesting if the 105 series sub fuel tank straps would fit the 80 series.
77603-60030 and 77604-60030
Mounting straps are not manufactured anymore and Im struggling to find them.
part numbers are
7760160140
7760260050
any suggestions where I could source them? Or could someone take dimensions off theirs to manufacture custom ones.
Looks like the OEM drain plug is fitted there. But by looking at it, it looks like a factory arrangement, or could be someones well made modification? I can only assume, because the sub tank sits higher it should drain by gravity to the main tank via this tube.
I havent shared too much details...
Regards from Europe. By checking the equipment spec with VIN number on toyodyi my car didnt have an oem sub tank from factory, then again in the papers I got with the car there are remarks that a 65L aux tank was fitted. There is no aux tank at the moment, but still some remains, with the...
