AHC has me stumped! Help me save my AHC

I'm almost ready to push the buy button on an "ACH Delete" system and I really don't want to. For background I have worked on my AHC extensively and have already done the following things. 1. Replaced globes 2. Balanced AHC pressures by adjusting torsion bars and adding heavier rear springs...

Now we should be caught back up in the mod department, for now... Just in time I took delivery of the new @Ramathorn15 ARB compressor mount that preserves the AHC. I'm not kidding when i say that (excluding wiring) I had it bolted up in less than 30 minutes. I had done the wiring over a...

Right before the trip I had my mechanic go through the cooling system and replace everything. Heater T's, and hoses, Radiator, and Hoses. The radiator was starting to look brownish and had those spider cracks. While it may have gone longer it was just no longer worth the risk. Heater T's were...

Goblin Valley Cutoff Road was an unexpected high point. We were treated to rainbows, thunderstorms and a road that is much less straight than depicted on the map.

Sedona was amazing as usual. We were running late I and I did not want to miss the show, I aired down and hit the road at speeds that I would not advise but the LX took it in stride. We rolled into our campsite off of Schnebly Hill Road just in time to enjoy a light show being put on by the...

Medano Pass across the Sangre De Cristo Mountains was a special treat. We went across the pass during a thunderstorm and emerged on the other side at the Great Sand Dune to beautiful light. The trail was not especially challenging and could be done entirely in 4H but was beautiful!

I ran Imogene pass (well actually my wife drove the whole way) at the end of July. It lived up to everything that I have read, seen and heard about it. Just beautiful. We ran from Telluride to Ouray in the late afternoon which as it turned out a great time to go. We ran into very few other...

    Compressor Mount, LX with AHC

I used the instructions and they were very helpful. Everything about the install was easy and I was done in 30 minutes or less. But of course That excludes the wiring, that took me several hours last weekend to figure out how I wanted to do it so it would be super clean. It is wired through my...

Getting ready for a summer adventure in a fully COVID 19 compliant manner. Dispersed camping, back roads, and as little contact with others as possible. We're hitting Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, Goblin Valley, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Rocky Mountain National park on the way to Estes...
