I agree with Keil.
I have a brother that is Airforce and worry about him all the time. Also Watkinsville is not to far from where I live, so if we do donate anything (even if it is time), it will be well worth it.

I posted in that thread for him to come to the meeting and introduce himself. Hilery posted up too. Chuck suggested he post up a list of parts so we could help. Hopefully he'll jump in and let us help.
If anything, if he is not able to make it to a meeting I will be more than happy to take any parts that we can gather to him since he works so close to my school.

Ok Ga. Cruisers lets get off our ass and help this guy. We have ample funds in our club account to donate parts. Lets set a date to do a car pool to athens georgia and wrench on this truck. If I am not able to be at the next meeting some one please bring this up and lets get started.
I'm in. I think Trollhole from Upstate cruisers was gonna sched something after the new year. Be cool to see both clubs get together and git-er-done.
I need to meet some of you sick-o's and this would be a good reason to get off my arse and get over there to meet. I tried to meet James but was rained out before Christmas.

edit: I talked to James before Christmas. Nice guy... absoultly humbled by the well wishes and support he's recieved. I think he has no problem with 20 cruisers invading his house.

This was brought up at last nights meeting please contact the board members and tell them what you think. I am thinking instead of a trail ride we do a wrenching trip to Athens/Watkinsville on a Saturday. Also think we should donate parts/gift card etc.
Lets get started my first post on this was Oct 2007 and nothing has happened.
I'm in. I'll try to get a hold of James today, after the Charger game, or during the next commercial. I'll try to meet up with him to let him know what we are planning to do for him. I will update when I find something out.
