Looks good and sounds great! But I like my straight pipe :hillbilly: Really it's not that loud.

Cheers

hum, thats weird... sounds more quiet than std exhaust on my 61 :E

love how the 1HD-T powa move the complete body . .

WHen I got mine dyno'd the thing was rocking and rolling like a ship on the ocean, 260 ft/lbs of torque will do that, still have to post those graphs.

I had a request from a forum member to try and take some video (audio) of the new exhaust while doing some everyday type driving.
I only have my digital camera (Panasonic FZ35) to use, so it was just hanging around my neck as I drove into town today while I attempted to 'film'.
So anyways, here it is. Nothing exciting, and honestly it didn't work all that well I don't think. But hopefully you get the idea.

Since I shot at least 30 minutes of intermittent extremely boring video, I figured I might as well try editing some of it and post some up. While I am quite happy with my camera, the video editing software they supply sucks.
Anyways, here is a short stretch of highway cruising ,80-100 kmh I think it was, with the pedal down some at the end. Rocking stuff eh?
I'd go through the gears more, if I could, but the auto is pretty damn silky smooth you can't really tell that it is shifting, except for the passing at the end.

I thought I'd share my results. I recently copied Enigmas/ATEBs routing on the inside of the frame. I originally installed the exhaust following the factory path but was unsatisfied with the performance and installed a take off after the turbo down pipe. After a couple years with the take off and my wife complaining of the noise and smell I re did it. My installation is pretty similar to yours with a few variations here and there.

This is the way to let the 1hdt breathe! There seems to be very little difference in performance between this path and the direct take off I had on. I figure I avoided a full 360 degrees in bends by staying on the inside of the frame. Version 3.0 is a success.......and my wife approves.:grinpimp:

The only flaw with mine was I should have went stainless. In the last pic in post #11, the bottom radiused portion is already beginning to rust because it's the low point in the exhaust and that's where all the water/condensate collects.
