Details

1963 FJ40L Cruiser - 3 on the tree - great condition, mostly original. minimal surface rust. Currently not running, in the middle of a carburetor replacement. Unfortunately need to sell it or put it in storage, no time to work on it. Could be road ready with the carburetor replacement and drum breaks tuning. But ya gotta know what your getting with a beautiful antique like this one. It's a great project. make me an offer.

Could you take a picture of the passenger side of the engine bay. From what I can see of the driver’s side, it looks like a PO took the MAF power pack plunge, which included the 2bbl intake and the siamese header.

So the question is, does it have the notorious Delco distributor as well?

added more pics, can you tell from that engine shot?

Yup. That’s a Delco. Your pics raise two more questions. You’re going to need a closeup of where the fuel pump attaches to the block, because it’s not stock, AND could be a significant issue.

Also, the rear axle is not stock for a ‘63.
