I just purchased another LX450, this time for my :princess: to drive. Although the more pics and information that came forth, the more I'm thinking about :steer: her myself. A big thanks to 2 E L O for what has been a spectacular purchase, information and communication wise. I don't want to speak too soon as she hasn't shown up yet, but I'm more than confident she will be everything descried. Now for a few details about her.

1996 LX450 - White
172K
Stock height OME springs and 4600 Bilstein shocks
Scion T1806
Depo HID headlights
LED interior lights (domes, map, doors, license plates)
LED tail lights, clear corners/blinkers
40th Anniversary LC wheels with 285 DuraTrac
Lots of maintenance

Ghey Pupon included with purchase :flipoff2:

Only build I'm thinking about is a nice big fat SuperCharger.

That is gorgeous! Congrats, or should I say Congrats to your pink panties! She will NOT let you touch that one! LOL!

I may have bought one or two since I first posted that wanted thread... I'm still looking for more though

I'll take all these compliments for myself, Lee. :flipoff2:

I also want to thank you for being such a pleasure to deal with on the transaction. I'm also extremely happy she's going to a Muddy home.

I took those shots for Lee with a Canon 550D and a 50mm/f1.8 prime lens. They're no masterpiece, but they turned out well for snapshots.

The truck looks better now than it ever has during my duration of ownership. Last weekend I spent about 24 hours in the garage prepping and repainting the rocker panel cladding, refinishing and installing the Lexus wheel center caps, rust proofing the entire undercarriage and refinishing the receiver hitch. I agreed to get all that done for Lee prior to the sale considering he was giving me my asking price.

You better post a couple pictures of the undercarriage, Lee. That was a lot of damn work and I'm proud of it! :hillbilly:

Like I said before...I will 100% own another 80 series sometime in the future. This truck was very, very good to me. I hope you enjoy it, Lee...and make sure your girlfriend doesn't trash it. :flipoff2: Kidding...

I'm trying, the first set I saved to my phone and emailed them to myslef. Flicker is blocked at work. I tried a second set of undedrcarriage pics and they kept coming out black. I might let her drive it until the HG pops then add a SC for myslef.

You found a good one! Any photos before the rust proofing?

Hey guys. Just wondering about the front mud flaps. Have those been cut from side steps????

Hope you don't mind me posting these, Lee. Here's a couple photos before the rust proofing:

Still very clean. Only surface rust on the welds or areas that are the prime targets for sand/gravel, no "real" rust at all.

The front mud flaps are for the Land Cruisers without side steps. I just used a cutoff wheel to shorten the flap a few inches... I did that on the rear mud flaps, as well.

Lee, she's gorgeous!! Its good to see that the steps are gone already, I happen to remember what happened the last time you had those instead of sliders! I even think there are pictures somewhere....

I'm happy you convinced her of an LC instead of a Heep!! Time for some summer tube doors and 285's??
