Just finished installing a rear tire/fuel carrier bumper. It is like Kaymar style except much cheaper. Cost me quite a bit to import them though. I have imported a few just to try out if there is demand for it, I will make another shipment again if the demand is good.. Fitment is excellent and very solid, design to flex with the frame. It is not design for rock, but should provide quite a bit of protection. This bumper has been proving itself in RainForest Challenge for the past 10 years and Petronas Adventure Team as well. Took me some muscle to put it on myself, finally done!!:D What you guys think?

Steel thickness

The main mounting bracket with side bottom plate weld to the bumper : 0.6 CM
Main bumper : 0.4 CM
Side Wing : 0.3 CM
Bumper weight without tire: 130 Lbs

Hmm, might be interested in that sucker. It doesnt look low hanging or anything, I dont see why it wouldnt be ok for a little rock action. If anything it looks more minimal that a Kaymar, dontcha think?

Hee hee, I think I will keep the secret for a while:D Just kid. 2/3 of the price, $1250 with both tire and fuel carrier. Right now I have only this standards configuration. I can do probably both tire carrier or both fuel carrier for next shipment if anyone want them that way. It is called wing Cheong Machinery in Malaysia, they specialize in manufacturing offroad bumper for all kind of vehicle....FJ40, 60, 80, LandCruiser ll Prado, Jeep, Ford Ranger, Montero, Isuzu Dmax, Mitsubishi Storm, 4runner etc. My God father and the owner are good friends so he is willing to deal a bit.

It actually doesn't look low hanging at all, almost flush with the bottom of the factory bumper/frame.
 
$1250 is good, could you arrange shipping? Also, is it bolt on with no cutting or welding?
 
Does the $1,250 price include the shipping? Is it powdercoated? Do you have any pictures with the spare mounted on the bumper? Does it have a hi-lift holder? I gotta catch my breath!

I can definatelly check out the shipping issue. Do you have any freight company you use before? Where are you located? It is direct bolt on with no cutting or welding required. The only thing that need fabbing is the inner frame mounting screw bracket, I have grind every single one yesterday when I install mine so you just have to align position them in the frame.
 
Wow! I would be interested in this bumper. Does it work with the OEM hitch? Do the lights work?

It doesn't has recovery point. As I spoke to the shop, they told me they normally use the factory recovery point or factory tow hook that goes to the middle of the bumper frame mounted with 4 bolts for towing as it is strong enough.

The $1250 does not include shipping. It is powdercoated. I will try to post a picture with the tire mounted soon. It does not has a high lift mount but can be added if you buy a kaymar style high lift mount that goes to the mounting point of the spare tire. The shop told me they can weld the high lift bracket to the fuel carrier for my next order.

It will work with the oem hitch but you will have to add a metal plate where the two mounting screws take place at the back since the front we use the front mounting hole for the wing bracket. Assuming that the OEM hitch uses the same mounting pattern as my Valley Industries tow hitch. In that case it will level for proper installation. The light work, you just have to hook them up.

The swing-outs lock in place when they are in open position. It uses the similar pin setup as the kaymar.

Yup, I have it in Houston. Let me know your plan, I might be able to deliver it to you for a small charge as my friend travel pass Dallas all the time.;)
