Everybody knows Zendex for their popular Go-Jak car dollies. but they also make a handy little sandblaster called a speed-blaster. I bought one of these when they first came out back in the mid '90s. It's been a great tool for doing a quick blast on a rusty part.

I was using mine a few days ago, and it wasn't feeding sand well, because I was using crap, unscreened play sand. So I took it apart to clean the obstruction and managed to shoot the steel mix chamber out of the gun and down the gravel driveway.
Fark!

I googled the company, found the website, and (gasp) found they had parts available for my 10 year old blaster. I ordered a new steel insert, and also a ceramic nozzle, just because it's a wear part. The parts arrived in today's mail. They fit. They work. They only charged me for the parts, NO hidden shipping/handling/processing fees.

I highly recommend them for the speedblaster and spotblaster (which I own) and the gojak (which I've used and are quite nice). I will be buying their Quick-spiff air vac soon to replace the tired US Tool air vac I currently use.

No association, just a very satisfied customer.

Almost forgot their website: Zendex Tool Corp.

almost unheard of in today's enviroment. great to hear about companies with good service.

For $55 and free shipping the speedblaster looks like a great tool.

It really works well for minor cleanup jobs where I don't wanna wheel the big pressure pot outside, and deal w/ all that. And it gravity feeds better than the "bucket" blaster, that has to suck sand up a hose out of a bag.

how long does it run before you have to refill it?... I think I need one of these
It runs a few minutes on the sand tank. It doesn't seem like a long time, but it's enough to blast an entire 15x5.5 wheel (or two).
