For Sale: 1996 80 series LOCKERS $4000

For Sale: 1996 80 series LOCKERS $4000 Hey guys I have decided to sell my cruiser, I only use it for offroading now but i do drive it to all the local parks at 70mph with zero issues.

GOOD
OME 2.5 lift
315/75/16 mud terrains 40% tread
rotors/pads less than 15k ago
runs perfect
lockers work perfect
upgraded exhaust

BAD
body is really rough and not repairable, too many cliffs trips but all doors open and close and no broken glass but front has a small crack now.
drivers side birf just started clicking when you turn but wheeled all day last weekend at the cliffs with no issues, I did a complete knuckle rebuild last year with all new bearings and the shop did'nt do the best as the passenger side is starting to leak slightly.
AC looses its charge after about 3 days
The starter is acting up, sometimes when you turn the key it clicks but it has never failed to start it just takes a few times sometimes, it also has remote start.

overall it looks rough but I would still not be afraid to hop in it and drive cross country if i could afford the fuel.

It has about 153k on it and would make a great offroader that you can drive anywhere also just not pretty.

$5k OBO but I will entertain trades for a good gas mileage 4x4 like a tracker/sidekick/vitara/raider plus cash or straight trade for right rig. even a 4runner with 22re would work.\

Roof rack is not included but available for $500.

I will get more picks in a couple of days once i clean it up.

Here is a video of it 292 - YouTube

Any Offers, I would like it to go before the snow hits, I have a tracker now that gets 3x the fuel mileage that i want to build up.

Has this cruiser always been in the midwest? is it rusty? windows and heat work? sun roof? how is the trans and t-case? when was the timing belt done last? leaks?
Thanks, Tim

i believe it has been in the midwest for some time, there is some rust but not bad and the frame is solid with no rust.

all the windows and heat works as it should along with the sunroof, trans and tcase work perfect and the timing belt service is unknown as i have put less than 10k on it since i have owned it with no issues.

Make an offer, I am really want to build my 4 door tracker up before the snow falls here.
