My family has outgrown our BJ70. Over the holidays we realized it was hard for the 5 of us to travel in it. I legally imported the BJ70 from Canada. We are the second owner and have all the original docs from the dealer. It comes with a clean Washington state title.

There is rust in the rear quarter panels. You can get replacement panels from vendors in canada or you can call Japan4x4 ????????? and order them from dave.

Everything works and has been a dependable rig. I have done all the upgrades personally so feel free to ask any questions. I have included a few pics and links to threads about the BJ70.

Wow. I love that rig. Does it happen to have air conditioning?

Nice Rig

Can you send me some more pics and details? Looking for a weekend driver/mild off-road rig. How does it drive on the highway, speeds, etc....

For mild off road the BJ70 is more than adequate without lockers, lift and tires. This 70 is the offroad bomb! Compared to a FJ40, they ride like a cadillac on the highway. Accleration is slow, top speed is low, but again better than a 40. Bump for an awesome rig.:steer:

how is this on the highway with the re-gear and the turbo? can it handle an 8 hour drive pretty simply or is that too much to ask?

Those engines when cared for will go an easy 600K, with Bulls setup this thing should scoot around the world without a problem.

Silver is a pretty rare colour, along with champagne and a blue grey they sold, gobs of black rigs.

Good luck.

Interior

Looked at the build up thread but didn't see interior pics. Any of those to post? :princess: wants to see them.

X3. wonder if it might have sold or is in the process???

TRADE for suburban!? Are you madd?

What's the MPG around 35mpg?

I have a clean 1995 GMC Suburban 1500 4x4 gasser Midnight Blue with tan leather interior. My only upgrade I had done was new shocks and tires. Seats 8 with plenty of cargo room in the back. Hitch for a trailer.

Downsized from a 14 passenger dodge bus for my family of 8. We have six kids. Looking to downsize again since the two older ones have their own cars and are off at college.

Interested? Call me @ 717-817-0670 or g.sterner@juno.com

I'm in Pennsylvania
