Turn Key 1969 FJ40 Off Road Rig - This is the one!

This is the rig I mentioned in the WTB post that was started by MissipBoy.

It is located in Visalia California wich is south of Fresno.

The owner of this rig also owns a company that rebuilds and builds turbos for air planes. This rig has been built with the utmost proffesionalism. The detail in everything that has been done could fill a photo album.

He has it on E-Bay for $12,500 but will sell it to a Mudder for $10,000.

Fly into Fresno and drive it home.

I don't know. He has owned it for about 10years.

Bruce at Medford and Hood in Tulare did some work on it as well as Dave Adams at Extreme Offroad in Fresno as well as Donnie Burns at Hardcore 4x4 in Visalia.

This is the rig that got me into Landcruisers in a big way. I used to take my CJ-8 on the trail runs and was always impressed by this rig. I know have several FJ's.

I'll make you the same offer I made MSB. Fly out here and the owner will pick you up at the Fresno Airport and drive you too the rig. Buy the rig and then jump in the rig and do the Rubithon with the owner. If you are happy, drive it home or arrange transportation. If it is not what I told you it was or misrepresented in any way, fly home and tell stories of the rubithon.
