Has anyone ever installed one of these kits? It's a little cheaper than anything else i can source around here. I know marlin crawler uses Yukon bearings and possibly seals..,should be good quality eh?

I'm sure I could find one, I entrusted the research to westshore spring & 4x4
$161 with bearings

If wheel bearings on your rig are good, you are ready to go. You should not need the shims. Remember when you remove the upper
and lower arms to keep the shims in the same location. So unless they are completely beat apart, reuse the old ones and your
preload should be okay. Do you have a FSM and all the proper torque settings?

From the picture it looks like it only includes the trunnion bearings. No wheel bearings.

I think this is the kit, I only know of it through westshore spring and 4x4....I. Will ask for the proper part #

I have a couple kits that I am selling, they are the Terrain Tamer kits, good quality parts and one of the few kits that that come with new half moon rings.. Koyo bearings and wheel bearings can be had at an extra charge.. Going to throw in a set up Marlin Inner axle seals..156.00 plus tax.

Koyos are not cheap, 80 dollars per wheel front.

And yes Johnathon, it sucks doing the job twice, but on a side note you will know that rear FF axle well..

Wonder if those Marlin seals fit the rear FF?

I will see as soon as I get home. I think they will, cause all the seals seem to be the same. I heard a comment
that the Marlin seals were meant for chromoly axles, and leak on factory axles. I don't believe it to be true.
I will try them and see.

Slow internet day...
Seriously, I made a post on the hotel internet to another thread yesterday and nothing was happening so
I kept trying to send.....1/2 hr later - 5 posts!

Oh, and I have some Marlin Crawler seals.
