Short of routing the electrical wires from the pressure switch box, all the mechanics are now finished on my bj60 land cruiser. What I need to know, is how high of a pressure can I put on the compressor before it shuts off? I have one of two pressure switches mounted. one from 110-150 the other 85-110 psi. The 150 psi switch is currently being used. Is that safe for the york?

Second, is there a way to monitor the oil level inside the york? I did not get a chance to look at its oil level as of late, trying to recall which side the oil plug is on.

Lastly, is there a Air hose quick disconnect mount that I can bolt to the bumper and then screw in the quick disconnect?

My system is running at 150 psi without issues. You will be fine as long as the conponents you used are rated to 150 psi. Oil plug is on both sides to allow for various mounting options.

x2 on 150 psi being ok to run as long as everything is rated as such

There are a number of articles about how to manage the oil level, but, yes you have ports on either side on the York.

My unit has the a oil separator that is plumbed back into the intake port..the article mentions this..

Try Kilby for ideas on items you can buy for quick connects. You can search the web for other options...even local Home depot can provide some option i.e a air chuck and a L bracket to mount it.
