Different processes different plastics different melting temps. Coleman style (blow molded) Yeti style (roto-molded like a kayak.)

Just dealt with my Canyon Cooler 125qt. Canyon Cooler is amazing. They backed their product and are sending me a new one. I’ve had lesser coolers in my cargo rack. It had to be a fluke incident. I will never buy a an overpriced yeti with its weak warranty. Canyon Coolers customer for life!

Canyon hooked me up with a replacement rubber foot that I lost, which was totally my fault. They also mailed me a shim kit to repair a latch issue, and included a spare latch for free just in case I needed it. No questions asked with either issue, even though I clearly stated that it was my fault and I'd pay.

I am another Canyon Cooler user. I like the simplicity of design plus they work as advertised.
