The side and upper pieces are just clamped on there. If you get one of those plastic trim removal tool sets you can get a wedge under it and tap it off. Definitely won’t be able to get them back on afterwards though. They get destroyed taking them off.
The lower horizontal pieces are more involved. Can’t remember how they come off but pretty sure you’ll need to take the inner door card off and remove the window.
