XR6 Conversion problems

Hi guys, currently in the process of swapping out my 1997 80 series front seats to XR6 falcon seats. the problem i’ve run into is the bolt hole on the front left seems to be not there, I’ve been told to drill out the dimple but that holds the slider rod, is this correct what i have to do? and has anyone come across this problem while doing the conversion? Could you provide more info and perhaps some more photos of the entire bracket set up placed into position in your 80? Are you using the original 80 brackets or the Falcon brackets? This is a custom modification that will require imagination and ingenuity on your part.

Hate to say it, but maybe try some of the 80 series groups on Facebook.

Majority of members here are North American, so XR6 seats won't be a swap many have done.

Try searching for the big "seat swap thread" here too.
Lots of different swaps have been done. You might find what you need
