A 60 series would be the closest model to look at for your replacements. I dunno if you can retrofit the integrated grab bar on the glove comp. to fit on your 55 (?). As for the door armrests & upper grab bars, I doubt the bolt spacings are identical either. I think you'd be better off finding stock parts as you wouldn't want to fab new mounts for different length non stock pieces 
If looks are not a big deal 3/4" wide strap works! Personally I think there should be enough parts like that kicking around for you to come up with them.
