I heard back from Tim, and he is more than willing to Let us handle things however we want. It's going to be up to the club 'Clint' to make the call. When we make a decision we'll just let him know.
Another side note we can register www.hoosiercruisers.org (with an s) as it's now available. When Tim originally set up the site it was not available. We can point both of them to our new site. It's open for discussion.
