I have no idea what this is called. I know it has a healthy amount of Kim Chi in it and it sure counts a campfire cuisine. The cast iron pot/fry pan is awesomeness.

It looks like a some version of nabemono or hot pot to me.

I have a similar vintage Wagner deep dish chicken fryer with flat interlocking lid... I gotta try this one out.

My wife gave me a similar pot/pan combo from Lodge for Christmas a few years ago. Perfect for doing carnitas in and then frying tortillas in the frypan.
