Thanks Mark but I have 95% of the original carb ( I rebuilt my garage while I had the carb disassembled and I lost several peices) so I'm just looking for a spare to borrow some parts off of. Although it sounds tempting I really cant just justify buying a rebuild or a nos carb.

Given that, you should prolly post a pic of your carb so that you get the correct match. There could be several possibilities you know.
