You should be alble to get a pretty good one for around that price.Try the Craigslist search utility at the top of the page,click on your state& then enter on the 3-lines at the bottom.

There are a few in the area that might be a decent place to start. Just be careful of the hidden rust. I have seen a few in our area that were "rust free" that were far from it. Take a magnet with you when go to check em out. If you want anyone to assist in checking any out, let us know. There are a few folks in the area that may be able to help.
