I've got the measurements, but before I go to a shop to have something cut, bent, and drilled, it is really worth asking here if anyone has a "hidden" winch plate for the 80 they're selling. I want to put this behind the OE front bumper.

I know some sit atop the frame; some bolt underneath it: open to either style. Cheers,
