With commercial real estate likely to be getting picked severely, there may be an opportunity to find an industrial space that would be good for a non-permanent low-lift for working on trucks at a low price. Thinking like airpark space with garage bays. Would be interesting to see if a group of people could come together to rent a small space for this purpose to defray the cost and use an app to schedule time. Always thought about doing something like this but getting the right kinds of people to participate (collaborative, conscientious, responsible etc) has always been the limiting factor. It seems like the LC community would be a good pool to work from, although I'm guessing many already have a decent garage to work in.
