I'm not really sure why they would need to do that (remove both windows). The one on the RH side would not need to come out for paint and I don't know that it would need to in order to de-trim the interior. Where's fAvE when we need him?

BTW adjusters are not always the sharpest knives in the drawer and the reference to "frame damage" is his dumbness showing through.

I'm gonna take a good close look at the estimate and try to talk to the guy doing the work.
