Yes, that's about a 31x10.5 a little taller...... Should go no problem.

Nope. I don't think they will fit. The wheels have too much backspacing and will hit your steering arms. I think you'd need a 17" wheel to clear the steering arm/TRE.

Oh, hehe I totally forgot about the rims.... The tires would fit though....
