WNC pre-run tomorrow, March 6, 2011

[Southeast Overland]

I'm headed up to WNC tomorrow for pre-run of the SEO April trip. We will be starting just off of I40 in WNC, almost in TN, and then headed east to Linville Gorge. We will be leaving Travelers Rest around 7ish and turning off of I40 hopefully before 9.

There are three of us going in my FJC and it would be nice to have one more truck along. Let me know if you are interested. Trails shouldn't be overly difficult but it will be wet.

It's gonna be an all day trip. Leaving Travelers Rest around 7 am and won't be back until well after dark. Lots of time in the saddle.

We had over 2 inches on the ground at higher elevations.

saw the pics on facebook, looked like a sweet trip.

If i didn't have church this morning i would have loved to have gone.

Lucikly with my new job i have every sat off so at least i have one free day every week now.

Not to bad Steve. Slept till about 11 did see a nice FJ headed down 26 though yesterday late afternoon. Had lots of stickers and a rtt.

Can't wait for the write up.
