Fj40 wiring disaster for taillights
Hello everyone. I recently redid my wiring on my 76-78 fj40. I used ez wiring. A buddy of mine did it for me and got to the taillights and basically gave up. Did research and found out it was the hazard switch that screwed everything up. Got a mechanic to finish it up and he’s wondering if...

Yea like what year/model?
If you can read a topo map and understand algebra enough to not actually add x squared to x, then you should be able to work with a standard wiring diagram where B/W is a black wire with a white stripe for example.

It's easy enough to read the existing diagrams, but the one created above put things in a more logical sense.
I thought the one from the 75-80 Chassis / Body repair manual was the easiest to follow, once you copy / paste to put it all on one page instead of flipping back and forth:

Lost me on why turn signal/parking lights and side clearance have different amount of wires depending on the side. Wire leading to the cluster just end. Like they is another diagram on how it's wired.
here's one I did years ago. Took some time and of course I can't remember what program I used...
