Wire colors for OEM Tach

I am looking to install a tach from a 60 series into the 2F in my FJ40

It is easy to see the 12v & negative wires for the dash light. Does anybody know the wires that control the actual tach? I have a Red wire, black wire with yellow tracer, and a black wire.

Red wire is tach signal, Black/yellow is always switched 12v powered by key in on, and black is ground.
