Does anyone know if 2000 Series 100 front wiper motor is compatible with other years or models, for example, Sequoia?

But you never know, mud has found some other cool compatible parts like driver lumbar motors, center console latch, rear wiper arm, door lock motors, alternators, etc from other Toyota vehicles that aren't officially interchangeable.

You will not know until you actually look at the part and compare... Although being a Toyo the parts are highly highly likely to be compatible, just not the same part number. I would bet it will be the same motor with a different part number.
