Winter Fun

So, I have been in Washington, D.C. for the last few weeks and headed back to Memphis yesterday morning. Somewhere by Roanoke, VA I ran into a "winter weather advisory". The snow came down hard, the temperature dropped, and the roads got crazy. I ended up pulling a pair of VT students out of the median after they lost control and ended up stuck. I had to stop pulling folks out because there were too many of them and I figured I would never make it to Memphis. None the less, I made it to Memphis this morning...around 1:00am. Here is a picture when the snow just started to come down:

I just talked to my sister and she said it was snowing in Nashville right now.

I love when it snows in Memphis...I am the only one that ever makes it into the office...who knew that an inch of snow could shut a city down.

Mark....all it has to do is RAIN in Jackson and there are 15 wrecks on the major roads....I swear the grocery stores pay the weather people to say "chance of flurries" bc as soon as they do everyone buys every piece of wood, water, batteries, food and goes home for "the big storm" which equals some frost and a light dusting
