For sure, need to group up! Ca4WD is more Jeep Oriented unfortunately for them:flipoff2:

:flipoff2:Yeah that's why I want to go to the event. C'mon you know at the event there needs to be heep recovery vehicle. Plus I like to stir the pot a little bit with the heep owners.

Jeep

Hey Yota, you should get that sticker that says "Jeeps are cute Barbie drives one" lets see how many friends you make.lol:) There is a guy here on mud with an Avatar that says Jeeps are like tampons every p***y needs one.:D

I would like to hit the snow trails but i have to wait till next year after all my upgrades are in place then i can prancing around in the snow or any trails.have fun and post some pics if you go.

John

Hahaha I think wabfab makes that sticker.
What's funny is my last name is Barbee. And I drive a yota hahah.
Yeah prolly wouldn't make any at all. I'm hoping to have all my mods ready ie: 35's and 5:29s. Just got my lift on last weekend.

Interested.......

im trying to figure out sleeping arangements. not really wanting to camp out in the snow. i live about 45-hour from the event. might just go up for one whole day or something. waiting on a head count. lemme know

I am on the fence, I live 5 minutes from the fairgrounds where they hold the event... but currently not a CA4WD member which adds to the cost of the event.... 85 bucks a head as it is.

I have a mostly stock 62 with 31's and no lockers.... cuts my available trails by half. Stronger mud representation would sway my stance.

I think I have 4 rigs going( 2 80 series 1 runner and 1 Tacoma)
All mud members. But we're not ca4wd members.

member?

Do you have to be a member? how much is the membership?what is the benefit for being a member?pardon the village idiot for asking just curious.

John

And I think some discounts at local 4x4 shops

Thanks

Yes, you have to be a member, 45 bucks a year, or I think $20 for an event only. Perks? I dunno, a sticker and some quarterly reading material I think.

That is a bit steep IMHO there must be other perks besides discount and reading stuff,i got enough reading stuff at home and cost me less for a yearly subscription.Yota if you make it out there please find out what is the whole deal on being a member and perks if they have any,Thanks.

John:D

im still on the fence about joining and attending the event. i might just go somewhere else.

Heep

Are you scared running with the Heep guys?just tell them your there to assist if someone breaksdown or need a tow.LOL:D

hahaha my license plate should soon read "JPRCVRY"

im about to make business cards to put on heeps with a number to call if they get stuck lol

no im not scared, i just dont want to pay over 100$ to wheel with nothing but heeps in places that i can wheel any other day of the week.

Sounds good to me. We were just playing around today in forest hill. Plenty of snow there. But it's also terribly and buttpuckering icy!!!
Went with a few mud members and a few yota tech members. Hoping to go snow camping up there soon.
What part of grass valley you in?
