Does anyone actually know the 'limits' of tint allowable on front two windows? It's not nothing allowed. Too many factory cars have tint on them
now. So there must be a bit of allowable tint. I've seen Ceramic tint and it's reflectivity of UV light is really impressive. It's not a dark tint either.
I realize there are not so many installers here but its getting more popular so I'm asking. Very serious about doing some windows in the next
couple of years. Tundra for one, 60 if I can manage it.

I've seen literally hundreds of cars in the last year with everything from light tint to almost blacked out on front
windows. I'm considering ceramic tint for UV protection on whole front of my 60.

I have a VW beetle at my house right now with tinted windows (driver and passenger) but it came from Ontario where the rules are different I suppose.

Selective enforcement. If it's insured with BC plate it has to have compliance. I see too many newer cars almost
to limo tint stage. Big pick ups, high end cars are worst offenders. I'm battling selective enforcement at my neighbourhood
right now over a different issue.
