winch switch in knee panel

Any one have any thoughts on putting a rocker switch in the knee panel switch cluster for a winch.? I dont think I'm going to get a winch right now but I'm having a lot of work done to my truck and wanted to pre wire the switch so when I get the winch all I have to do is connect it with a plug assembly

It beats the shyt out of not not being able to find your remote.

Depending on how you use you available switch holes, you can do what I did, using a momentary double pole, double throw marine type switch.

It is wired in parallel to the remote connector plug on the winch, and either one can be used to control the winch.
