Winch Bumper Build? ('95 hilux)

Hi,
I want to mount winch on a 1995 LN106 Hilux (solid front axle doublecab). So I
am trying to find decent plans to build winch bumper (because factory ones are
too expensive over here).

Has anyone built one already and has some plans or advice?
