will 2003 door handle fit the 2000 lx470

I need to replace the door handle (lever inside) whose chrome is peeling off and its very sharp cutting my fingers twice already. I found a few online but these are for 2003-2007 and these look exactly the saem as that I have in my suv. I am wondering if I buy the below product will it fit

I can’t answer the fitment issue, but I do know some medium grit sandpaper would probably solve it temporarily.

Years ago I found the RX300 part was close enough to use in my 2000 LX470 and so much cheaper.
