Hey guys!
I'm looking to attempt something rather "outside" the box...
My Sahara is raised 50mm by OMEmu... And trying to make a sik set of 20inch (10 inch wide) rims (FUEL) under my ride... Both MT AT and BFG AT come in a 305/55/20...
Anyone with any thoughts or experiences on the matter...

Thankyou

Yes the 20 inch rim can be used with no problem I had mine installed upon purchase from the dealer and I used the Michelin LTX 275/55R-20 tires and it is a great ride I added 3 pictures here.

They are custom ordered from vendor in California and installed by the dealer they are basically the Lexus rim but have Toyota center pieces in the rim that were machined by the service department. Going to add the Brembo big brake kit on the front and back also the standard OEM brakes are not particularly strong during highway use.

I have been running 20s for about 18 months now. I have a set of BBS wheels off of a Tundra and a Set of 20 OEMs from a 2014 Lx570. The BBS wheel have 305-50-20 Michelin Latitudes. They rub without modifying the wheelwell. Not a big deal with a little heat.
The 20" Lx 570 wheels have 275-60-20 Michelin LTX MS2s. No Rubbing. Standing side by side they are the same height, about 32.75 inches.
I think the Tundra wheel have a larger offset as they do sit flush with the fenders. This would be the cause of the rubbing. I'm at stock ride height so a raised height it might not rub. There's a member in Switzerland with this setup. He claims no rubbing. So be careful with aftermarket wheels as most will fit the LC but are made for the TUNDRA and the offsets are different.
Be very careful with running tires that are too wide, It completely changes the on road character of the truck. I love the look of the black BBS wheels but the LX wheels with the MS2s ride better. MS2s are amazing tires IMO.
BTW I have the Tundra Brake Upgrade from bjowett and in my opinion this is all the truck needs. I went with slotted rotors with ceramic pads and had the calipers powdercoated. Anything more is just throwing $$ away.

Can you send me the Toyota Part number for those 20" center caps? I removed the L and found TRD Stickers that fir perfectly. BUT I like the under the radar look of the stock toyota symbol.
Love these wheels. The finiah by the way is called Shadow Chrome and is similar to that used on other Lexus and the E39 BMW M5.

Yeah, those look pretty slick, man!

The Toyota dealer body shop custom fit the Toyota logo into the center cap space however it was not too difficult to do they used a standard Toyota Tundra center cap and modified it to fit.

BLOODY SIK PICS!!
Would you happen to know the offset of your BBS's??
From what I'm reading a 305/55/20 should fit with a reasonable lift on the car... However the offset is critical if you want to keep it within the legal guard requirement ...(Australia)...and no rubbing
I'm looking for a nice set of rims with a +20 or +35 offset that "might" work... Possibly FUEL OFF-ROAD

Cheers again

Hi Jimmy

My rims are 20x9. I will have to check the offset. I original ordered a different style of Fuel rim still this size. But I couldn't be bothered returning them to the US. This was back when you couldn't buy Fuel rims here in Australia. I had to cut the inner guards at the front and remove the front mud flaps. I have fitted 3 1/2" coils in the front (designed for the diesel with bar and winch etc) with 3" coils in the rear. And offset Superpro upper control arm bushes to bring the alignment back into acceptable specs. With the 305/55 Mickey's the sidewall is just outside the guard, hope that helps. Cheers

they look great, surprised and confused as to why Toyota does not use this wheel. the LC in Europe has 20's out of the factory, a bit different than the LX but pretty much the same wheel. i have been trying to find the LX wheel to put on my 2014 LC but can't find matching Toyota hubcap. can you please provide me with the name of the company in CA that you used to purchase the wheel and also the matching toyota hubcap???

Toyota uses a 17" or 18" wheel, because the sidewalls are thicker, making a more robust tire that can also be aired down better. It makes for a better tire off road, and decreases the chances of damaging the wheel with that much extra sidewall.

But, if you never plan on doing any serious off roading, 20" works great. Its not bad off road by any means, just not as good as something smaller. A 16" would be even better, but there is no way to fit them with the size of the 200's brake caliper.

I plan on going with the 275/60/20's when my 70k mile drivetrain warranty is up. Just wondering with the taller side wall do you feel more lean in the curves? Does it make the 200 feel more top heavy?

The company is on EBAY called Wheelproz if you type in Toyota Land Cruiser rims you will find them. They say they will include the center caps but don't hold your breath they won't ship them which is what happened to me. My family owns a Toyota dealership so we had the service department fabricate the center caps to fit and they look great. There are at least 3 other rim options I have seen in Europe and the Mid East but Toyota will not let you import them which is frustrating and bizarre. The web link for Ebay is directly below good luck!

Those are replica wheels not OEM. EBAY says factory STYLE wheels.
I paid a lot more than that for my OEM Lexus 570 wheels.

BTW SW UTAH- Dont go 275-60-20. They rub. Go with 275-55-20 Michelin MS2
