This is also correct for FJ25 and early FJ40 FHT models. The one on the left is a 61 production titled as a 62. The one on the right is a 63 model with a 62 production date. That's a hood I added but originally would not have had the latch or bumper pads. The top of the windshield does not have the loops for the hand down latches.

Do not have enough information to confirm it but think the hard top models starting get the latches and pads when the corrugated top was replaced by the top with corner windows. If in question just check the top of the windshield frame. Has the loops would have the latches and pads on the hood.

The cruiser in the center is a FJ25 FST model with a 75 FJ40 hard top a PO added. Being a soft it had the latches and pads.

I should have done that with some of the other common hoods I had but with this style being somewhat rare and hard to find I figured there must be someone out there with a FHT restoration needing a correct hood.
 
If there are any cruiser events coming up in the area I can transport possibly.
