Well after a year and a half of ownership and a ton of work I guess I am on the hunt for a new LX470/LC100.
I was on my way back from fishing in Tennessee and was having a great time driving through the mountains when it all went sideways. I was lucky to climb out of this after the logging truck took the curve too fast, on a wet road, with bald tires, and knocked the crap out of me. I am still sorting out the damage physically but having glass pulled out of my arms for a few hours at the ER was no fun.
I will say I was impressed with how it held up to the impact. I thought this would be of interest to anyone curious how these vehicles would hold up to this sort of abuse.
Thanks for all the help getting this LX baselined and running beautifully. It was so much fun to drive. The search begins!
