I hadn't been there in a while- and it seems no one else has either. The front page shows a picture from 2006 and the most recent schedule is from 2008.

I don't recall who was in charge of maintaining the website. Does anyone know? Can we ask whomever it is to "freshen things up a bit"?

Thanks,

Luke

OK, any non-Illinoising dipshits have an answer?

The Green One is correct as usual. If you need some ideas to re-establish and update the website, may I suggest you get together with Cruiser Jimmy and the Commander. They are your go to guys in your quest for web excellence. Best of luck to you Luke!

Can I call you the Hoosier Web King?

I certainly don't wan't to call you the Hoosier Daddy.

what website?

......"Joyce???"

Dave with the mini truck runs/ran the website. He hasn't been an active member in a while. Hanley offered to help, but so far nothing. Luke do you have some skills that we weren't aware of? Anyone else want to step up?

Clint- I know almost nothing about websites. When I want something changed on our company website- I know enough to dial the digits to ask Kevin at Imagine Creative Design to change it. I am NOT the one to do it.

I guess we do need to find out who has those skills.

Luke there's not much difference in being a mod here and updating a website. You'd be amazing at it!

Sooo your doing it then?

if you are looking for a 'way' to do it, make it a Wordpress setup...LOTS of companies use the layout now, and once set up, it's quite easy to update and work with.

Congrats on the new job and title Luke, now we expect to se some major changes and updates in a week or two. Way to step out there and make things happen your an insperation to us all.

Mark

Luke, let me know if you need help with the website. I'm quite an interwebber. If I would have seen this thread earlier I would have stepped up. It does need help. =)

Shoot me an e-mail here...

FJ40 - Project Elsie

Mike- looks like you have the skills we need. I'll ask for Clint to get a hold of you and give you the info about where our current content is hosted.

Not a problem gents, I will be finished with school by the 26th of this month. At that point I should be able to put some serious effort into the project.

I agree that a content management system (wordpress, etc.) is the best approach, I will look at the various ones that are out there and see which one might be the best fit.

I will look forward to hearing from Clint.
