Who makes the best fiberglass fenders?

x3 i haven't actually gotten anything from him but i can tell you that it is good stuff.

I sent an e-mail to double check my price conversions to US dollars and get an idea of the broker fees. He said they'll only ship to business address, though this might be because I was little overzealous and asked about fenders and quarters for both sides and the rear for my 4runner. Those of you that have ordered from toyotafiberglass, how did you get stuff shipped to you? I'm tempted to go down to the local Toyota dealership and see if I can work something out with them to maybe have the parts shipped there.

If anyone's considering it, their waiting list is currently about 2 months.

well he is only one guy. if you want to look at his work go to www.toyotanation.com and search the users or posts for slacker. he's the owner and worker of the company.

Yeah, if that sounded like a complaint, it wasn't meant as one. More of a heads up to anyone reading this thread and considering an order: if you've got the money and place to ship it to, don't wait, because the list is only going to get longer. If anything, it's a good thing the wait is so long. It means he's got lots of people interested in his product.

If I replaced the rear panels on my Runner I'd be scared to ever wheel it again! How does fiberglass hold up to rocks etc? I can't imagine very well.

He's got a few videos on the site that show what happens when you beat the hell out of it with a claw hammer, a 2-lb hammer, a sledge hammer, and trail carnage. Also, there's some pictures in the link BJ posted above where someone rolled their truck and it looks like all it needs is new paint, though the picture's not really all that clear.

Since my truck will be used mostly for daily driving with the occasional wheeling on the weekends, I'm not really going to be punishing the glass too much. I'm curious to see if replacing all that steel with fg lightens the truck enough to have a significant impact on fuel consumption.

Those Half Doors Look Pretty Cool, To Bad There Made Out Of Fiberglass, And They Dont Even Have Cup Holders!

Too bad they are Fiberglass?:lol: You realize that Cory specializes in hand-laid fiberglass, right? What else would they be made out of?

Cory makes UBER STRONG stuff using fiberglass mat, not cheap blown glass. His stuff is very strong. And no, I'm no affiliated.

i didn't think it was a complaint, i was being like you and just notifying the people interested in buying from him that it will be a while because (as far as i know of) he is one guy doing the work. didn't think it would be taken that way.
