Stromboli's tonight. Installing a commercial LVT floor in the kitchen for the Starkville house so I treated myself to great pizza - love their sweet roll dough like crust. Almost got that place ready to go on the market.

Pig Ear sammich. Pretty nasty. This bite was pretty bad. I flipped it 180* got into the meat. Was marginally better.

Hot smokie is legit though. I ate 3

Best steak I've eaten by far. Booked it for a buddies Bachelor party a few years ago. They dont split checks. 16 guys and a bill close to $4k says we had a dang good night. If you go, they have a cotton candy pork belly appetizer that isnt on the menu. Sounds odd, but it's legit.

"Chicken Hot Brown" sounds like something I would have to look up on urban dictionary.
