Seriously though. I haven't tried to use it since moab and I've no clue why it isn't working. If some good hearted philanthropist could clue me in I'd be grateful.

Which way should my linkages be moving?

I need a description suitable for an eight year old; I plan on drinking first to fight off the sawzall urge ;D. Okay- maybe no booze but I'm still pissed about running moab in high range. Thanks-Josh

Yes; I have a floor shifter. Thanks for the description.

I have a heck of a time getting into 4 at all. Is there a system that works best for getting in low (neutral, park, reverse)?

Thanks again- Josh

I have low range!!!

Thanks.

It looks like my tunnel has been replaced (probably when the motor swap was done). I'm wondering if they allowed for a toyota t-case. Should I have a lateral slot to shift to 4 low or is it just one long slit? I can only shift with the linkage off (low anyway; 2 to 4 sticks but works).

Thanks again-JJ

Howdy! With a 350 and an automatic trans, the transfer case may be a long way from the stock, original position under the floor. The fabricator may have used home made linkage which could be making the problem even worse. I'd bet one of our handy dandy vendors makes a kit to fit this setup. JOhn

Linkage appears to be factory; tunnel pan does not.

Does the toyota t case need a sideways slot in the tunnel? Thanks-JJ

Howdy! Yup. Pulling the lever from the firewall back towards the seat engages 4 wheel drive. Moving it from left to right, after pulling it rearward, will go from hi range to nuetral, to low range on the farthest right. John
