I found this hose dangling on my FJ60 and cant figure out where it terminates. Thanks for helping!

On top of the air intake for the air filter there is a stainless round cylinder, thermostat. It should wrap all the way around.
There are a few hoses that are connected to the wrong location in your pic.
The hose that you have marked with an arrow is the HAI actuator hose. It should wrap in front and sort of under the air cleaner and attach to the HAI diaphragm nipple on the air cleaner neck.

The larger other hose thats connected to the HIC valve looks like it is connected to the top of the distributor cap. If so, that is incorrect.
It should connect to the tee fitting that normally is installed inline and above the PCV valve.
The distributor venting VCV clipped under the air cleaner then (by default) is not hooked up correctly either.
