Where does this bracket go?

All,

My vehicle is a 94 US model Cruiser. I am in the middle of installing my drivetrain and inventorying my remaining parts.

I labeled this bracket “right side harness bracket” so for me that is the passenger side. I failed to specify where and failed to take pictures. I can’t find it searching and am turning to you for help.

Any help is appreciated.
