Is most everyone here in SoCal getting their parts from Cdan on Mud? Just wanted to know cuz I need a PS pump. Cdan quoted a pretty good price..about 25% off list. Is there any place locally that might be comparable?

No place locally or anywhere else is going to match Dan's prices, knowledge or service for OEM parts. Obviously, if you've got an emergency and need the part now and can't wait for a shipment, that's one thing, but if you're ordering maintenance parts, etc. there is no better place than Dan. Nice thing is that he also stocks parts for older cruisers that most dealers don't any longer too!

try cabe toyota in long beach. they give comparable prices to TLCA members but not the same knowledge.

Ya, i buy from Cabe in Long Beach and they will match CDan's pricing.....

Thanks...I will check out cabe

If I go thru CDan, what is the process for payment? Do I call him direct with a credit card??

Ok, I just call Cabe. List price for PS pump $355.06:censor: Cdan quoted $260.56.......Ya I will be going thru Dan.

Did you tell Cabe you are a TLCA member and ask for the TLCA discount? I just called and they quoted me the same price as CDan.....

If I'm not in a hurry I use John Hocker @ Sierra Toyota in Arizona. He's part of the Yahoo 3fe group that I'm on for my FJ80. Prices are the same as cdan plus he's a little closer so shipping and freight time is lil less. If I'm in a hurry Toyota of Hollywood gives me a slight discount.

If you have access to a resale permit (like a buddy in the auto sales and/or repair business), any toyota dealer will give you a wholesale price.

And of course, what is "wholesale" differs among dealers.

I live 2 blocks from Keyes Toyota, but I buy my stuff at North Hollywood Toyota because Keyes only gives me 20% off list, and NH Toy gives me 25-30%, depending upon the part. I've told the Keyes parts manager they've lost me to NH Toy, but they don't give a hoot.

Gee, I know a guy with a stinky diesel cruiser...
