When "Full Synthetic" oil really isn't

Many people do not realize that, in the U.S. at least, there can be a large variation in quality of "full synthetic" oil. This video does a great job of explaining what the differences are, brand by brand. The end of the video lists oil brands that are true full synthetic, and also simple ways to tell PAO oils from the specs and labeling.

Greaaaaat. I just bought a six pack of Castrol Edge for my wife's BMW that burns as much oil as it does gas.
