I'm back next week for a few days off before i need to get back to finish off a job. Wondering if anyone is up for a day of wheeling on the 30th.,31st.??? Up Sooke way maybe???
Jason??(i know he can take the day off!!), Cam(i know he's got the day off!!!)LOL... Seapotato--entrepreneur extraordinaire--defenitely has the day off!!! Andrew(needs to see a client about a thing)..., CruiserMark(too foggy to fly copters, and i know the dude that owns Phillips brewery, so there will be beer!) and anyone else that i've forgotten/didn't mention, lets get out for a chew. Thats all.

Not sure if I'll bring the 42, driven it to nanaimo and back a few times now, and I got some noises to chase down.

nothing back aft on the axle is hot after a highway run....but the noise does change with a wag of the steering wheel...which makes me think wheel bearing over diff, but you'd think a noisy wheel bearing would get hot....:hhmm:

sorely tempted to just buy wheel bearings and seals for the back, knuckle kit for the front, and take it all apart and swap the diffs front to back at the same time...but jeeezus is that gonna suck ass...

as for this weekend, the kybosh has been applied, turns out I'm in Ucluelet saturday night so I'm out.

c'mon, ya knew I wouldn't make two in a row..:lol:
 
Hmmmmm.... I'm around, kinda wanted to bend some tube this weekend to get ready for the BF run in Feb. Let me see if the tube bending is gonna work out. Where in Sooke? Not that I know anywhere out there except where the BF boys dragged me through last March... Any interest in a little farther North?
 
O.K., i just got in, first things first i'm off to get some beer to help pack the truck!
If any up-islanders are gonna make it out then we'll drive over the hump and make it Shawni-way, maybe a little further!! If not, maybe some exploring in Sooke.

Post up if you're gonna make it and we'll decide from there. We'll shoot for a meet-up time of 8:30am regardless of location. Supposed to be a nice day tomorrow.

Well Dann-O....... Let's do the sooke loop seeing as others are "out". 8:30 at the A&W? I'm exhausted after fire training all day and into the beer now... so the closer the better! LOl.

yeah i just might get out to nanaimo mon/tues. for a quick day trip to do a few things. If you're off or around i'll stop on by for a quick pint!?
