thats great to know, id have hated to go all the way to duncan for sipping. I’ve decided on the toyos and looks like ill be ordering them tomorrow.
Cool. So far so good on mine, we'll see how they wear now that I'll probably be putting a few miles on them this summer.

nothings wrong with noise on a swamper... they were saying how some of the tires are super quiet... and i do like my Q78s...

Yeah I had those for a while, it was the drive to work in the am that ended it for me, they were juuust getting round by the time I got there.
rear view mirror shook so much I took it off cuz it was distracting...Traded them for some 35 mtr's, a little more civilized for the road driving I was doing, tho admittedly half the tire when it comes to offroad.

yeesh. you'd think some folk would get over the whole chest puffed out "I just went wheeling and you didn't" attitude that one generally finds among the 16yr olds on island 4x. :meh:

done deal. toyo Mts 35x12.5x17 on tundra wheels. before and after.

nice.

I bet the stiffer sidewalls actually make it handle better on road. If its "squiggly" on the road dont worry it'll fade as the tires flatten out a bit. I'm guessing squeezing those tires on tundra rims resulted in a bit of crowning.

thanks guys, it drives completely different. no tire noise or vibration (I’m sure that’ll change), it feels as if I’m driving a road tire. the off set it quite a bit different so I’m looking at spacers next.

Hector,

Were you able to stuff your old tire/wheel combo without rubbing? May be interested in them if they'll stuff without rubbing.

-Steve

Yes Steve, there was no rubbing with the old set up.
