looks like it might go between the inside of the of the apron vent and something else.. maybe to a heater? I don't think I have anything like this one on my '74.

I think it's the connector for the driver's side vent. It connects the vent on the fender to the hole in the firewall. I have one on my 70 model. If it's in as good shape as it looks, it's worth some change.

I agree with Porterda. Drivers side fresh air vent. My '69 has one.
