If I were trading for it I'd offer $21,000.
I'd assume $2000 on full service/maintenance/detail for the whole gamut to make it retail merchandise.
I'd add $2500 margin, and be happy with half that after negotiations.
list it at $25,500 and it would make me value-rank #6 of 18 in the country in that model year
